2. Contact enquiries

When you submit the contact form, Noriva stores the information you provide—such as your name, email address, project type, budget range and message—in a protected Supabase database. We use it only to respond, assess whether the service fits and manage the resulting business relationship. The public website can create an enquiry record but cannot read, change or delete stored enquiries.

3. Professional business outreach

Noriva may use limited publicly available professional contact data to identify independent businesses that appear relevant to the service and, where applicable law permits, send an individually reviewed business communication.

Sources may include public company websites, Google Business Profiles, public business directories and professional profiles. Noriva does not buy bulk personal-data lists. A non-customer prospect record is reviewed and deleted or anonymised no later than 12 months after the last meaningful interaction.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the context, processing is based on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations or our legitimate interest in responding to relevant professional enquiries and developing a B2B service. Noriva does not rely on legitimate interest where local electronic-marketing law requires prior consent.

5. Website data

This website does not use advertising trackers, behavioural profiling or third-party marketing pixels. Hosting infrastructure may process limited technical logs needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site.

6. Providers and international transfers

Supabase provides the enquiry database and Cloudflare provides website hosting and delivery. Business data may also be handled by providers used for email, payments and secure business records. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under an applicable transfer mechanism. A current provider list and transfer information are available on request.

7. Retention

Enquiry and customer records are kept only as long as needed for the discussion, service, dispute handling and applicable tax, accounting or contractual requirements. Minimal suppression data may be retained longer to respect a request not to be contacted.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
